Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Venara collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the emails we send.

1. What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, birth date, birth time, birth city, your quiz answers, and, if you buy a Compatibility report, the name and birth details of another person. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share another person's details.

Information created by the service: your calculated chart, numerology values, Human Design results, the reports written for you, your orders, and sign-in tokens.

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, pages viewed, funnel events such as quiz steps completed and purchases, approximate location from your IP address, and advertising identifiers from cookies or pixels where you have consented.

Payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor. We receive a confirmation, the last four digits of the card, and the amount. We never store full card numbers.

2. Why we use it

To calculate your chart and write your reports; to deliver purchases, receipts and sign-in links; to answer support requests and process refunds; to send marketing emails only if you opted in, each with a one-click unsubscribe; to measure and improve the service and our advertising; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with law.

3. Automated text generation

Interpretive text in your reveal and reports may be produced by third-party language-model providers. To do that we send them your chart data, your quiz answers and your first name. We do not send your email, surname, or payment details. Their processing is governed by our agreements with them and their own policies.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers who act on our instructions: hosting and database, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement, and language-model providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own direct marketing.

5. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, analytics and to measure which advertisements lead to purchases, including server-side event sharing with advertising platforms. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking some may affect sign-in. Where required, we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies.

6. Retention

We keep account, chart and report data for as long as your account exists so you can reopen your reports. Quiz sessions that never lead to a purchase may be deleted after 12 months. Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. When you delete your account we remove your charts, reports, quiz answers and any partner data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data from your account at any time, and you can unsubscribe from marketing with one click. Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA and CPRA, you may also have the right to know what we collect and why, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate data, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest and one-time sign-in links. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

The service is operated from and hosted in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
